When we meet at your home, we will tour the home through the“eyes of the buyer”, after which we will review comparable properties with you. Together, we decide on a tentative price as well as discuss timing and whether your home could benefit from either major or minor repairs that will make

After we send in a cleaning professional, we enhance your
home with staging accessories, professional photography
and videography to capture your home’s unique elements.

After a listing agreement has been signed, we will arrange a time for our design team to provide you with a consultation.

The day before your home hits the market, we will
reevaluate the price that we initially agreed upon by
checking the new and sold listings.
